Title III Voice Collection

Title III Collection

The ADACS4 Voice Intercept Evidence Module allows the user to monitor and record target conversations in real time from authorized ADACS Monitor Workstations.  The Voice Intercept Module takes into account the unique requirements of Title 3 interception and creates an indisputable record of the target’s conversation. In addition to an undefeated record in the courts of law, ADACS4 Voice Intercept provides officer and agent safety nationwide and around the world. The ability to monitor live conversations can be a valuable asset to any agency and investigation–the ADACS4 Voice Intercept Module delivers the evidence that makes the case while protecting officers’ safety.

The ADACS4 Live Monitor Interface

The Live Monitoring Interface of the ADACS4 Monitor Workstation allows the monitor to listen to an incoming call as it occurs. By routing the call’s voice and data from the service provider’s switch, ADACS is able to monitor live audio regardless of device platform or target location.

The graphic above illustrates the Live Monitor Interface. From this screen, the monitor has the ability to listen to or minimize the incoming call. If monitored, the user has the ability to listen to two-way audio, view the associate phone number and pin point the caller’s location with ADACS4 Location Mapping. Additionally, the monitor user has the ability to input specific call information, create a searchable synopsis, set time tags for relevant events and designate actions with customizable drop down selections.

After the call is intercepted by the system, ADACS4 provides the necessary tools to play back recordings, review caller locations, determine links among phone numbers and generate customized reports.

The ADACS4 Playback Interface

The ADACS4 Playback Interface allows authorized users to play back recordings stored within their ADACS Database. The Playback Interface allows authorized users to select from cases and view the files associated with the recordings; this includes call information as well as cell tower location and proximity.

Available cases are arranged within the tree structure located to the left of the screen as shown in the graphic below. After selecting the case file, audio and data files associated with the case are shown in the record locator. Audio files are represented by green rows while data files are represented by white rows.

The permissioned user is able to select the file for playback of the archived audio. The ADACS Audio Visualization is presented to the user as shown in the graphic above. From within the Audio Visualization, the user is able to select specific sections of the playback for looping capabilities. The monitor can adjust the speed of the playback as well as the audio levels and pertinent data.

From within the Playback Interface the user is able to update call information that is shared among permissioned users. If permissioned, the user can email the file or export the audio file to a disc.
